Terms & Condition of Supply for European Deliveries
Guarantee of Quality
Campbells Prime Meat Ltd guarantees that all products supplied to customers are of the highest quality.
Payment Options
All payments are due in £ Sterling. Campbells accepts all major credit card and debit cards (no minimum) and uses a secure payment system, RBS WorldPay, supplied by The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Selected Campbells products are available to some EU countries (mainland) only.

If your country is not on the list then we cannot deliver there. Please do not order if you live outside of the European Union as we cannot deliver due to customs restrictions.
Campbells deliveries are made by TNT Express (1 working day). We will deliver our products in specially designed containers to selected European countries, mainland only.
Please note that some more remote locations will require 2 working days for delivery.
All EU orders will be despatched on a Wednesday for delivery on a Thursday. The last day for ordering is Tuesday for Wednesday despatch.
TNT Express courier collects the completed orders from Campbells and delivers them direct to your door. Customers can give additional delivery instructions for their order online at the time of purchase. Deliveries are attempted at least once on the day of delivery. TNT may deliver the package to a neighbouring house either two doors up or down from the delivery address whilst posting full instructions for collection on a TNT delivery card at the delivery address. If it is not possible to deliver the package on the day of delivery TNT will return the package to the local TNT depot and attempt to deliver on the next working day. Thereafter parcels must be collected from the local TNT delivery depot. If not collected parcels are returned to Campbells.
Campbells regrets that neither it nor its courier can be held responsible nor are we liable for any delay in delivery caused by delays by H.M Customs and Excise or the Customs authority of another country.
Retention of Title
This remains with Campbells Prime Meat Ltd until goods are paid for in full.
Delivery Charges
These are automatically added to the cost of the product as part of the process of submitting an order. The delivery costs are charged based on the weight of your order. Delivery charges may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as a rise in the price of oil, when a fuel surcharge may be made. Any surcharges are added when the order is submitted and before the payment is finalised.
Insurance
Liability insurance is included.
Application of Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT is included in the cost of each product, where applicable (VAT number GB 716 9302 34).
Order Confirmations
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, with payment made through the secure server of RBS WorldPay, customers will have the ability to print a receipt from the website at the time of purchase. An automated order confirmation by e-mail will be send to the e-mail address supplied by the customer.
Data Protection
Campbells Prime Meat Ltd. Are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection act 1998) and according to Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. Campbells will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. Campbells will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit/debit card details.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a ‘cookie’ which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser settings to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Multiple Orders
The delivery charges are for deliveries to one delivery address only. For multiple orders (company or cooperate gifts) please contact us separately by e-mail:

Unforeseen Circumstances
While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as aresult of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Campbells Prime Meat Ltd.
Complaints
If you have a complaint please contact us immediately by e-mail to
administrator@campbellsmeat.com or phone 0044 (0)1506 858 585. All complaints will be acknowledged within one working day. Any complaints will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially in accordance with the Which? Web Traders Trust UK Code of Practice. These complaints will be dealt within seven working days.
Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish Law and you hereby agree to be subjected to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Scotland.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
