Pancetta Sliced - Italian air-cured streaky bacon with a very fine flavour. Can be eaten cold, but is deliciously crisp fried or grilled. Ideal to wrap pieces of chicken or fish and in pasta sauces.

Spanish Chorizo Picante (Hot Chorizo Sausage) - A whole 250g Spanish Chorizo Sausage made with hot paprika. Can be sliced and eaten cold, maybe at a picnic, or as hot Tapas and in pasta sauces.

Spanish Chorizo Dulce (sweet Chorizo Sausage) - A mild Spanish Chorizo Sausage made with sweet paprika. Excellent sliced and served with fresh bread or in pasta sauces and Tapas. Or try our Chicken and Chorizo recipe.
