How to place an order with Campbells
1. Finding our products
There are two ways that you can find our products on our website. The first way is to search through our categories at the top of the page.
You can also search for specific items in our search bar at the top left hand side of the page.
2. Adding to basket
Once you have found the right product for you, you can choose your desired quantity and weight, and then click ‘add to basket.’
3. Viewing basket
Once you have added all of your desired items to your basket and wish to check out, you will need to click on ‘view basket’, which is situated on the top right hand side of the page.
4. Entering a promotional code
You will then be taken to a page where you will see a summary of your items at the top. Below this you have the opportunity to enter a promotional code if you have one.
5. Arranging delivery
After this, you will need to enter your delivery country and postcode. Once these have been entered, we will be able to provide you with accurate delivery days for your area. To choose a specific date, just click on the calendar symbol and a calendar will appear where you will be able to see all of our available day. You can also choose from the drop down list of delivery instructions if there is safe place you would like your order to be delivered.
There is also a box here where you can enter any packing requirements, such as ‘please pack 2 chicken breasts at a time’ or even how you would like your meat cut. At Campbells we make every effort to ensure that these requirements are met.
6. Entering your details
On the right hand side of this page you can enter your details. You will firstly need to click on the turquoise 'checkout' button for these option to appear.
If you have ordered from us before and are already signed up, you can login here, and the remaining fields with automatically populate if you do this. In this section you can also sign in using your social media account.
If you haven’t yet ordered with us or signed up, you will need to enter your name, email address and phone number in the required fields.
Next you will need to enter your address details. This is simple to do as all you need to do is enter your postcode. Once you have entered your postcode, just click ‘find address’ and select you’re your house number/ name from the drop down list.
Underneath the address fields, you will notice a line that says 'Ship to this address?' If your billing address is the same as the shipping address, please keep the box ticked. If you would like your order shipped to a different address, please untick this box and enter the correct shipping address in the same way.
Once your address has been populated you can then continue to enter your payment information on the next page. This is located under the section where your address has been entered. Don’t forget to tick the box to agree to our terms and conditions and then click ‘proceed to payment’
7. Payment information
On this page you can review all of the details you have entered. If you find that any of them are incorrect, just go back a page in the broswer to update.
Once you are satisfied with your details, your last step is to enter your payment details. To pay for your internet order, you can either enter your card details in the required fields, or pay with PayPal through clicking the desired box.
Pay with card
When you have entered all of your details, just click the green 'pay' button.
Pay with PayPal
If you are using with PayPal, click the blue 'Paypal' button you will be taken to their website to confirm your order and pay.
Pay with Android/ ApplePay
To pay via Android or ApplePay, just click the purple 'pay' button and follow the instructions by your browser/ smartphone app.
Ta-da! Once you have confirmed your order you will be taken to a page where you can see your order number and items. At this time you will also be send a confirmation email.
