Each Campbells Gold steak is made from the highest quality grass-fed Scotch Beef. Scotch Beef is made from cattle that have been born, raised and processed right here in Scotland on the best farms with the highest standards of animal welfare and sustainable farming practices. Scotch Beef is famous across the world for both the high quality of the product and the high standards of animal welfare.

Each steak is cut from meat that has been dry-aged in our very own chill for a minimum of 21 days, and is then cut by hand by our master butchers. 

Sirloin steak is a popular restaurant favourite and also is one of the preferred steaks among our butchers due to the fantastic balance the steak has of a tender texture that is also packed with flavour. How to cook

All raw meat products must be cooked thoroughly until they are piping hot.

Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we either use an insulated expanded polystyrene box, or a recyclable tough corrugated cardboard box which is foil lined and insulated with bubble wrap. Both boxes are leak-proof and sturdy.

To keep your delivery cool, it is packed along with specially designed ice packs. Our ice packs are made with a frozen water-based gel, which keeps the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. When the ice does melt, it stays as a gel, which prevents the delivery becoming wet.
