A blend of naturally gluten free ingredients, use this flour as an alternative to self raising flour made from wheat. Follow one of their gluten free recipes from the back of the pack or adapt a traditional recipe by adding a little extra liquid.
Using this 1kg size pack you can bake half a dozen cakes without any gluten. (Remember to keep all gluten free utensils and cooking separate from wheat products)

GLUTEN FREE Self Raising White Flour Blend
A blend of naturally gluten free flours
Ingredients: flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), thickener (xanthan gum).
Storage: to keep your flour at its best, roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place.

Packaging Information
Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we either use an
insulated expanded polystyrene box, or a recyclable tough corrugated
cardboard box which is foil lined and insulated with bubble wrap. Both
boxes are leak-proof and sturdy.
To keep your delivery cool, it is packed along with specially designed
ice packs. Our ice packs are made with a frozen water-based gel, which
keeps the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. When the
ice does melt, it stays as a gel, which prevents the delivery becoming
wet.
