Our Lean Protein Meat Box contains everything you need for maintaining a low-fat, low-calorie, and high protein diet that is essential to your fitness goals.

Our Lean Protein Meat Box Contains:

  • 2 x 200g Venison Haunch Steaks (previously frozen)
  • 4 x 170g Pork Loin Steaks
  • 2 x 170g Pave Rump Steak
  • 4 x 170g Turkey Escalopes (previously frozen)
  • 1 x 500g Steak Mince
  • 10 x Skinless Chicken Breasts approx 140-170g each

Venison is particularly rich in vitamins and minerals, and contains less fat and fewer calories than other meats while also being high in protein, and is a rich source of B Vitamins. B Vitamins are excellent for improving metabolism function and maintaining high energy levels. Pork Loin Steaks are also rich in B Vitamins, are a great source of protein, and also contain a decent amount of minerals including Selenium, Phosphorous, Zinc, and Potassium. Selenium is important for thyroid gland function and overall health. Phosphorous is essential for healthy bones and teeth, and plays an important role in how the body processes fat and carbohydrate efficiently. Zinc aids in the repairing of muscles after exercise.

Our beef is made from grass-fed cattle, which results in a much leaner product than grain-fed while also being rich in flavour. Grass-fed beef also contains higher levels of Vitamin A and Vitamin E which are important for overall organ health. Chicken and Turkey are one of the highest sources of protein while also remaining very low in fat and calories. They are also both high in vitamins and minerals including B Vitamins, Selenium, Potassium, Phosphorous, Zinc, and Iron. Iron has an important function in hemoglobin and myoglobin which carry oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body, including the muscles. This makes it an incredibly important mineral for those that exercise frequently.

Packaging

Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we either use an insulated expanded polystyrene box, or a recyclable tough corrugated cardboard box which is foil lined and insulated with bubble wrap. Both boxes are leak-proof and sturdy.

To keep your delivery cool, it is packed along with specially designed ice packs. Our ice packs are made with a frozen water-based gel, which keeps the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. When the ice does melt, it stays as a gel, which prevents the delivery becoming wet.

Local & Sustainable

Scotland’s livestock farmers are passionate about looking after our iconic countryside and play a vital role in sustaining an industry which supports around 50,000 jobs – many in Scotland’s fragile rural communities.

Family owned since 1910

The Campbells story started over 100 years ago when a young Thomas Campbell took up his craft as a butcher in 1910. Over a century later, and his legacy still lives on in the Campbells name.
