We have two types of whole chicken which are ideal for cooking up a traditional Sunday Roast. There are subtle differences between the Whole Corn-fed chicken and the British Whole Chicken. The main difference is that our corn-fed chicken has yellow flesh and the meat tends to be richer and fuller in flavour. Steam or roast your favourite veg and serve with lots of gravy for a wholesome dinner.

If you'd like to try something new, why not give one of our glazed whole chickens a shot? We offer whole birds glazed in the following flavours: Smokey BBQ, Tikka, Chinese and Cajun. We have flavours for every type of palate.

For those looking for a roast that is more than enough for a single serving, why not try our Poussin. Sourced from the South of France, this small chicken has very little fat and enough meat on the bones to feed one adult.

All our chickens come from farms in the European Union - mostly from the UK or from France. All of the farms are compliant with our quality standards. The birds are free to roam around their farms and are fed a diet of grass and cereal.

Every order is prepped onsite at our purpose-built premises in Linlithgow. We pride ourselves on the freshness of our whole chicken. Which is why each order is prepared by our trained butchers on the day of dispatch. Remember, we offer free delivery on order over £50.
