All of our Scottish Beef is traceable back to the individual farm where the cattle was raised. A vet from the Meat Hygiene Service (MHS) who visits us on a daily basis independently audits our traceability procedures. The daily visits of the vet are a requirement of our EC Licence (no. 1648) and help ensure that our standards are the highest that can be achieved.

All of our Scottish beef products have full traceability back to the farm of their origin.
Our meat is matured in a traditional manner, on the bone for up to 3 weeks.
We cut our meat to a very high specification and deliver it to you in a specially designed chilled box to ensure its freshness.
