Delivery & Packaging Information

1. Delivery Charges.
Our standard delivery charge for UK mainland deliveries (includes Scottish Highlands) is £4.99. £10 for the Scottish Islands. Orders over £60 to UK mainland addresses are carriage free (including Saturday). Otherwise, delivery charges are calculated on weight, simply add the products you would like to your basket and add your delivery address to see the delivery cost.
2. Delivery Days.
Any UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) order placed before noon from Monday to Thursday will normally be delivered within 2 days before 7pm for UPS and 9pm for DPD (Wednesday-Saturday), with the exception of orders which include Fresh Fish. The earliest delivery day after a bank holiday is Wednesday.
Most European and remote Scottish deliveries will be made on the same schedule, but please allow an extra 24 hours.
The following postcodes are classed as Scottish Highlands & Islands and delivery may take additional 24hrs: AB31-35, AB36-38, AB41-45, AB51-54, AB55-56, BT1-99, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-10, KW18-99, PA21-40, PH18-29, PH32-33, PH45-48.
Please choose either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday as your delivery day if you live in one of the above postcodes to ensure that your order is delivered on time.
For international deliveries, please choose either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday as your delivery day. We advise to allow 2 working days should there be any delays.

3. Delivery Exceptions.
We are unable to deliver to the following postcodes due to their remote location:
- Shetland: ZE1-3
- Orkney: KW11-17
- Western Isles: HS1-9
- Isle Of Arran: KA27 & Isle Of Cumbrae: KA28
- GY-ALL, HS-ALL, IM-ALL, JE-ALL
We can deliver to the following postcodes which are classified as Scottish Islands for billing purposes:
- PA20-61 and PA81-99
- Isle Of Skye: IV49 and IV40-56
- PH30-31, PH34-44,PH49-99
This means that these postcodes are charged £10 and can take up to 48 hours to deliver.
4. Fresh Fish Orders.
Orders including fresh fish are despatched on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays only. Scottish fish markets are closed on Sunday, so any fish sent on a Monday would be from Saturday's deliveries.
5. Saturday Deliveries.
UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) orders placed before Noon on Thursday can be sent by special Saturday delivery. This is the standard delivery cost of £4.99. This is free on UK Mainland orders over £60. We do not deliver to Scottish Highlands & Islands on Saturday.
6. Special Requests.
Whether you would like us to deliver to a neighbour, or cut your meat a specific way, we can accommodate most requirements, just ask! We prepare all meat and fish to order, so if there's something unusual you would like, our skilled fishmongers and butchers can help. Simply add a note in the check out process. We can also vacuum pack your order in whatever quantities you would like, so if you are ordering for a group of people, we can split quantities so you can store in your own refrigerators.
Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we use a one-piece foil insulated cardboard box, and your meat is packed along with specially designed ice packs.
The insulated cardboard box is leak-proof and sturdy. It keeps the inside cool. Our ice packs are made with a water-based gel, which is frozen and packed with the meat. This will keep the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. When the ice does melt, it stays as a gel, which prevents the delivery becoming wet.
During the current pandemic, we are carrying out local deliveries on our own Campbells vans. Your order may not arrive in the above packaging however our vans are refrigerated and will keep your order chilled during transit.
8. Delivery Method
Campbells deliveries are made by its courier partners (up to 2 working days).
We will deliver our products in specially designed cardboard boxes to anywhere in the mainland UK. The selected courier collects the completed orders from Campbells and delivers them directly to your door. Customers can give additional delivery instructions for their order online at the time of purchase. Deliveries are attempted at least once on the day of delivery. The selected courier may deliver the package to a neighbouring house either two doors up or down from the delivery address. Full instructions for collection are posted on the instruction card at the delivery address. If it is not possible to deliver the package on the day of delivery the courier company will return the package to the local depot and attempt to deliver on the next working day. Thereafter parcels must be collected from the local delivery depot. If not collected parcels are returned to Campbells. In the case for DPD the parcels are attempted on day 1 and if delivery fails, delivery will be attempted the next day .
9. International Delivery
Until further notice, we are currently unable to accept any international orders at this time due to the uncertainty around trading.

Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Germany, Monaco, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.
Please note we are unable to offer Saturday Delivery Service and deliver to specific islands in and around the above countries. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check.
