At Campbells, we use a dedicated supplier who has been bringing the highest quality cured back bacon and streaky bacon to renowned restaurants, grocers, hotels and delicatessens worldwide for over 55 years. Using a traditional recipe dating back to 1956, our bacon is cured and smoked over beech wood, which gives it a robust and unique flavour that you won’t find on the shelves of your local supermarket.

We offer a variety of sumptuous streaky bacon, exclusively made from lean cuts, meaning they’re juicier, more flavourful and easier to cook crisp. Our ‘British-style’ or back bacon is made from the rib, which makes for the most succulent and flavourful cuts. Meanwhile, our  American bacon variety is sweetly-cured and smoked in a traditional way, originating back to traditional farms of Virginia, using a mixture of sugar and salt before smoking.
