Q: What plans can I choose from?

A: There are 3 types of plans Taster Plan, Family Plan, Custom Plan. View plans here

Q: Can I change boxes throughout my subscription?

A: Yes, you can change your box within your chosen plan.  For example, if you have selected the Taster plan, you can have a Deluxe Steak Meat Box one month and change to a Royal Meat Box the following month. You can do this by accessing your plan in the My Account section or by waiting for your 14 days (monthly plan) or 7 days (fortnightly) reminder email  

Q: Can I change from a Taster plan to Family plan throughout my subscription?

A: You can but this would be a completely new subscription plan and would affect the initial plan benefits. 

Q: Will I receive a reminder of when my next box is due to be dispatched?

A: Yes, you will receive email notification 14 days (monthly) or 7 days (fortnightly) before your box is dispatched. This will be your opportunity to make any changes to your box. 

Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

A: Yes, you can cancel your subscription unless your box has been dispatched.

Q: What happens if I go on holiday?

A: Don't worry, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. This will allow you not to lose any points you have accumulated to get your free box.

Q: Which free products will I get in the subscription plans?

A: Free products are available in the Family Plan and Custom Plan only. Every month we change the free products based on customer feedback. You can expect anything from steaks, cooked ham, roasting joints, fish to newly launched products or Recipe Books.

Q: How do I change my delivery date?

A: At the time of creating your subscription you have to select a delivery date. The selected delivery date becomes your default date. For example, if you select Tuesday 28th August (monthly plan) your next delivery date will be Tuesday 25th September. You can change this 14 days prior to your next delivery date in the 'My Account' section.

Q: If I wanted to add an extra order to my regular delivery then how would I do that?

A: Yes, you can certainly place an additional order or set up an additional subscription plan.  You will need to ensure that you have selected the same delivery dates for both orders.

Q: I am an international customer, can I join the Gourmet Club?

A: Unfortunately, this is not a service which we have available at the moment for international customers.  We are working to provide this service in the future.

Please note that all of Campbells Gourmet Club plans are an auto-renewing subscription service. After your first order, you’ll be placed on an ongoing subscription, receiving a box every 2 or 4 weeks charged at the standard plan fee. If you don’t wish to receive further deliveries go to My Account to cancel. Pause your plan for up to 3 months at any time by going to My Account or contacting Customer Services. On the subscription service, we take payment on the day of dispatch. You cannot pause or cancel your plan on the day of dispatch or change delivery date on the day of dispatch


Taster Plan - *To claim 1 x Free Meat or Fish Box - minimum 10 gourmet club subscription purchases required or spend value of £290 to qualify whichever is greater.

Family Plan - * To claim 1 x Free Meat or Fish Box - minimum 10 gourmet club subscription purchases required or spend value of £590 to qualify whichever is greater.**One free product is applicable to selected products only.

Custom Plan - *To claim 1 x Free Meat or Fish Box- minimum 10 gourmet club subscription purchases required or spend value of £690 to qualify whichever is greater. **Two free products applicable to selected products only.
