Place the olive oil, chilli, garlic and lemon zest in a large saucepan and heat gently. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling, salted water until al dente (about 9 mins) then drain.
Add the lemon juice to the olive oil and chilli mixture. Tip in the pasta and warm through for 1 min. Stir in the crab meat and parsley and season.
Serve immediately, dividing between 4 warmed shallow bowls.
