This delicious Pork Liver Paté with Duck and Orange has a truly wonderful balance of flavours. The fresh pork liver and duck combined with fine herbs add a rich flavour and creamy texture to the paté, while the orange adds a delightful zesty top note that brings a freshness to the paté without being overpowering. The result is a paste that is ideal for serving on top of oatcakes or with fresh crusty bread.

We source our Paté from France, and from the famous luxury brand Pâté Grand-Mère, to ensure the finest quality and most authentic combination of flavours.

Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we either use an insulated expanded polystyrene box, or a recyclable tough corrugated cardboard box which is foil lined and insulated with bubble wrap. Both boxes are leak-proof and sturdy.

To keep your delivery cool, it is packed along with specially designed ice packs. Our ice packs are made with a frozen water-based gel, which keeps the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. When the ice does melt, it stays as a gel, which prevents the delivery becoming wet.
