Italian air-cured streaky bacon with a very fine flavour, delicious crisp fried or grilled and perfect for wrapping pieces of chicken or fish, or for use in pasta sauces.
Often called the Italian bacon, it is made from the pork belly that has been cured in brine flavoured with herbs and spices such as nutmeg, fennel and pepper, and then air-dried. It is less salty than most streaky bacon and with a fine superior flavour, making it indispensable in any kitchen.

Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we either use an
insulated expanded polystyrene box, or a recyclable tough corrugated
cardboard box which is foil lined and insulated with bubble wrap. Both
boxes are leak-proof and sturdy.
To keep your delivery cool, it is packed along with specially designed
ice packs. Our ice packs are made with a frozen water-based gel, which
keeps the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. When the
