These pies are made fresh to order, therefore we are only able to deliver them on a Thursday every week. Orders need to be made by midday on Tuesday to get delivered the following week.

The timings given are a guide only as variations can occur between different appliances.
To ovenbake: remove from packaging including the foil base and place on a baking tray. Heat in a pre-heated oven at 180°C, 350°F or Gas Mark 4 for approximately 25-30 minutes ensuring that the pie is piping hot before serving. For fan assisted or combination ovens adjust heat according to manufacturer’s guidelines. Consume immediately, do not reheat.
Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we either use an insulated expanded polystyrene box, or a recyclable tough corrugated cardboard box which is foil lined and insulated with bubble wrap. Both boxes are leak-proof and sturdy.
To keep your delivery cool, it is packed along with specially designed ice packs. Our ice packs are made with a frozen water-based gel, which keeps the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. When the ice does melt, it stays as a gel, which prevents the delivery becoming wet.
