Salty and silky little white anchovy fillets swim in a pool of sunflower oil and vinegar!
Known in Spain as boquerones, these white anchovies are rich, flavorful and have a deliciously mild flavor. They're usually found as a tapas dish, and are great by skewered with a green olive, or eaten over toast as a simple snack.
They're also fabulous to toss on salads, pizzas, and delicious to top pastas. They add a delicate flavor, texture and great nutritional benefits to boot.

Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we either use an
insulated expanded polystyrene box, or a recyclable tough corrugated
cardboard box which is foil lined and insulated with bubble wrap. Both
boxes are leak-proof and sturdy.
