One of our best roast options. Our beef sirloin joints are matured for 21 days, ensuring a well-hung piece of top quality beef that is hard to beat.
Sirloin is right next to the fillet in terms of tenderness, but has a deeper flavour and is more affordable. The meat is lightly marbled and a thin strip of fat is left on top which melts when roasting, and thus prevents the meat from drying out during the cooking process.
Our beef is from predominantly grass-fed Scotch Beef cattle, naturally raised on farms recognised for their high standards of animal welfare. Your roasting joint is also prepared to order on the day of despatch by our skilled butchers here in Linlithgow and then delivered to your door fresh, giving you the choice between freezing or consuming within a few days.

All raw meat products must be cooked thoroughly until they are piping hot.
Packaging Information
Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we either use an
insulated expanded polystyrene box, or a recyclable tough corrugated
cardboard box which is foil lined and insulated with bubble wrap. Both
boxes are leak-proof and sturdy.
To keep your delivery cool, it is packed along with specially designed
ice packs. Our ice packs are made with a frozen water-based gel, which
keeps the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. When the
ice does melt, it stays as a gel, which prevents the delivery becoming
wet.
