• 454g Pork Chipolatas - handmade in house by our skilled sausage makers
• 1.5kg Pigs in Blankets - our tasty chipolatas wrapped up tightly in delicious bacon
• 454g Sage & Onion stuffing - a staff favourite, made by our butchers to a family recipe

• 1Kg Turkey Gravy - a delicious turkey gravy made with real turkey stock
• 250g Cranberry Sauce - an essential accompaniment for turkey

Take the stress out of Christmas and have your hamper delivered early and in plenty of time this year.

Each product is hand-selected and inspected for any minute defects before we freeze them in our blast chill at -20c.

The hamper is then shipped out in a specially designed polystyrene insulated box, with dry ice to maintain a temperature well below 0c. This will then be within a cardboard box.

Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we either use an insulated expanded polystyrene box, or a recyclable tough corrugated cardboard box which is foil lined and insulated with bubble wrap. Both boxes are leak-proof and sturdy.

To keep your delivery cool, it is packed along with specially designed ice packs. Our ice packs are made with a frozen water-based gel, which keeps the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. When the ice does melt, it stays as a gel, which prevents the delivery becoming wet.
