What You'll Need

  • Steak Mince 500g
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • Half a cup Red Wine
  • 1 Tsp Dry Basil
  • 1 Tsp Dry Oregeno
  • 2 Tins Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Tin Kidney Beans
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Brigston & Co Artisan Hot Dogs


  • For the chilli ; Brown the mince. Add diced onion, garlic, dry basil, oregano and mix.  Add the red wine and reduce the heat.  Add salt and pepper to season.  Add chopped tomatoes and kidney beans.  Cook long and slow for approx 2 hours.  Check seasoning at the end and add more if required.

    For the hot dogs ; Shallow fry, cook in the oven or grill on a medium heat, turning occasionally for approximately 8 minutes. Ensure piping hot throughout before serving.
