Like with beef, lamb comes in many different cuts and styles:

Known for delicious flavour and versatility, lamb shoulder is often favoured by chefs in a wide variety of dishes. - Lamb Chops - A popular choice from the rib, loin, and more, lamb chops are smaller cuts of meat, ideal for portioning out into a succulent meal that’s a little easier to control and adapt to suit you.
- Lamb Mince - It’s not just beef and pork that’s delicious minced. Lamb mince recipes are perfect for creating tasty meals from burgers to shepherd’s pie.
What is the best cut of lamb to cook with?
It depends on your meal as to which cut of lamb you should use. There are many cuts to choose from, including cheaper cuts that aren't as popular but still taste great, ideal if you’re cooking on a budget.
The shoulder or scrag are great options, especially for flavoursome meals. For a Sunday roast or traditional Easter meal, a leg of lamb is hard to beat.
Obviously, we’re big fans of our own lamb but we are slightly biased. That said, our Campbells’ recipes were designed with our delicious, sustainable cuts of meat, so you should be the judge.
